Madam Tang's began with a love story between Tommy and Pauline, and their shared love for the flavours of Sarawak. Pauline's passion for Sarawak laksa led her and Tommy to create their own recipe, carefully balancing the rich flavours and aromas that reminded her of home.
In 2005, Madam Tang's was born, named after Pauline's family name, with a simple belief: good food brings people together. From the first bowl to the millions served today, every guest gets a taste of home.
Madam Tang's laksa paste, sambal and stocks are JAKIM halal-certified, 41 products on the register to August 2028.
